Does anybody with color treated hair use a vinegar rinse on your hair instead of shampoo? Do you loose less color or more washing this way? 

I am considering going no shampoo/conditioner due to the texture of my hair and the way it behaves with any shampoos. My hair is thick-ish and wavy, and gets dry at the ends. I wash it every 2-3 days because it was long and annoying. I recently cut it, so it will be easier to manage ( Read more... )

My natural hair is slightly wavy that I used to be able to get fairly curly before. When doing a apple cider vinegar rinse do you put conditioner in your hair afterward? I tried looking it up but I had no luck. Do ya'll shampoo your hair first and then use the vinegar rinse? What are the steps that work best?
